This is an optional, extra credit assignment due on Thursday September 4, 2008, and is worth the same as one Lecture Activity (for 100) or Lab Quiz (for 100L). I would appreciate answers in all of the boxes, but only the first three lines (name, e-mail, and major) are required and are worth 34 percent each.
If you're both of my classes (lecture and lab), then please submit only one of these.
