Chemistry is a cumulative subject where information builds upon concepts learned earlier in the class. All exams are therefore comprehensive and will include material covered on previous exams, as well as newer material. You can expect Exam 2 to include about 20-30% old material, and Exam 3 to include roughly 30-50% old material.
